Default Help needed: how to get rid of the algae?

My tank changed to zeovit for over one year ago and everything goes fine. But in recent months, this kind of algae (see attached pic) in my tank is spreading more and more. It's brown or dark green, very soft like baby's hair; recover very quickly even if I brush it off. It looks ugly and annoying.
Per checked, I am told neither fish nor shrimp eats it; not sure whether Zeo snow or zym will work, or any other solutionsSo I have to seek help here. Thank you in advance.
Below FYI:
NO3=2~5 PO4=0.02~0.07 orp=330-440

Hi there from what I can see I would say its 1 or 3 algaes; Calothrix, Bryopsis pennata or green hair algae. Am i right in saying the algae has air bubbles on the hairs? as this would count out green hair.
When used to eliminate cyanobacteria, add 1 drop of ZEObac per 25 gallons of tank water to the Coral Snow. Dose every two days until cyanobacteria is gone.
You can use 0.5 to max. 4 ml Coral Snow per 25 gallons daily.
Maybe start with 2ml P/25g and see how you get on, I'm sure G.Alexander will chime in if he feels any of my details need adjustment.

Are you sure its green hair algae? From the picture its hard to tell. Is it only in a small area or has it covered many rocks?
Have you recently added any new livestock to the tank

Have you tried a sea hare. Additionally if nothing will eat it the only option is to take the rocks out and spray them down with 3% hydrogen peroxide make sure you don't spray any sps with it. let it sit for five minutes and then shake the rocks off in a bucket of tank water. After that it up to you to make sure the tank is clean and the nitrates and phosphate are in check.

Thank you for your advice. But it's too hard to take out the stone. I think it's possible that maybe there's too much organic waste in the water.
Does Zeo have potions to control them?
Will zym or snow work?

I tried that combo on my GHA it never worked. Zeovit has nothing for algae control. I'd give vibrant a try it has lots of positive feedback for algae control
