Zeovit uses a mixture of different zeolites that have been found to best reduce toxins in the brine system

Perhaps it has more different pores and more area than other others. Let the bacteria live. I use Zeo brand zeolite without any problems. Some brands of ZeoVit materials may be immersed in algae. Then I suggest you, as long as we follow the recommendations of the Zeo manual, so that we can avoid some unnecessary problems (including the use of activated carbon brand)

Those pictures are much better, thank you. It looks indeed like some hair algae and some green slime algae. I would recommend to remove the hair algae manually and after your initial dosage add a couple of herbivore like snails additional. To support this process I would also recommend to dose 2 ml Coral Snow every other day / 100 liters in about one week. Additional use a brush to remove the green slime algae.

This material is working better for automatic reactors, if you use a manual reactor I would recommend to use the Standard material.

Zeo Coral Snow liquid is white in appearance, CoralSnow Plus + liquid is brown-red in appearance, reducing phosphate. Both can achieve water purification and reduce nutrition. Compared with the two, purified water Snow wins, and nutritional Plus + wins.

Zeo CoralSnow has a very fine grinding (liquid), it is like a carrier, it can absorb tiny organic matter, fight algae and bacteria, and then adjust the humidity by skimmer, delete, so as to achieve a clearer water quality. It is recommended to choose Zeo Coral Snow. Optional = Manually use a toothbrush to clean the affected area. After adding Zeo Coral Snow, temporarily turn off skimmer for 2hr, let it stay in the circulatory system more fully, and then turn on skimmer to adjust the humidity.

I use the salifert potassium test kit and I find it convenient / judgmental / fast / accurate for my use. I also have the Red sea potassium test kit, which is also quite accurate, but it will take a little longer to wait for the operation, which is also highly recommended.

ZeoVit is a bacteria driven system which does need some time to process nutrients effective. I would recommend to keep the filtration material at the moment, it can be removed later once the system is running nutrient poor stabile.

I can't tell you why, usually in sump, skimmer, zeoVit material / reactor, Zeo's activated carbon is enough. After waiting for the tank to stabilize, the nutrition level is low, and then slowly remove it. Of course it all depends on your choice

hello G.Alexander

I start my cycle today.

have some question.

1. what is the product should be in refrigerator ?
2. I will have sps and lps coral what supplement I need to have ?
because I must buy everything in winter because my country in summer the temp is 60-65C
so the product will damage.
and what kind of fish I must avoid for the sps and lps?

3. where is the best place to does the product before zeolite skimmer or in return pump chamber ?

4.i have radion g4 15w led there is any specific setting for the zeovit systeam ?
