Over the day especially the KH does shift if the system is stocked with corals so if you just add those supplements manual you will have constant up / down with the level which is not ideal. For bigger systems IMO a CaCO2 rector is the best solution. If you like to use the supplements it might be the pest to use powdered products which are dissolved in RO water for the dosage in conjunction with a dosing system and regular measuring / checking the levels.

Actually on my thank there are 5-6 sps in good condition of color and form
I have a problem only with this one in the picture attached: the tips are becoming without polyps….
Currently I use:
Zeostart3 0,2 ml x2 a days
Zeobak 2 drops two times a week, every day for 10 ten days after the zeolite change
Biomate 2 times a week
Sponge power 2 times a week

On zeo reactor I have 0,5 l. of zeolite and water flow is 190 liter for hour, 200ml of carbon inside in a bag (probably too much!!);
Pohl's Xtra: I dose only 0,5 ml every day since two weeks
B-balance: I dose only 0,5 ml every day since two weeks
Eisen 0,5 ml every week
Kaliumiodid 1 drop every day
Stylo-pocci 2 drops for day
Pohl's Coral Vitalizer two drops two times in a week
Aminoacid 1 drops two times in a week

I started to use K-balance 0,5 ml for day but I stopped because the level of potassium has reached soon 420

PO4 =0, NO3=0, potassium 420, kH around 7 ( I’m currently use a DUPLA dosing pump and I’m trying to obtain the perfect stability. Anyway the DKH has always been around 7) CA 440 , MG 1380.

I ask you:
What can appen to the sps in the picture (only on this one, the other sps are in very good condition)?
Can I add other product or have I change the quantity of what I’m using ?
Actually I have only a flavescens in the tank.
Water to poor ? few fish ?

I can not see any kind of a problem with this kind of corals, it looks very healthy. It is normal that the grow tips do not have polyps so no worry.

The dosage is fine as long as there are no algae or cyanos in the system. I would just recommend to reduce Eisen to 2 drops 2 x weekly.

there is not a counter for the drops on the bottle of eisen.
I add it with a siringe...

can you tell me the dose in ml ?

Sorry, I do not know but usually Korallenzucht Iron has a pipette.

on the zeo guide I read at page 25 about K-Balance:
"To induce growth and coloration of your corals, we recommend to dose this
supplement in combination with our potassiumiodide-flouride concentrate 1 – 2 times
weekly per 25 gallons."

does it mean that the two elements must be mixed before to introduce them in the thank ?

You can mix them if you like to before dosing but just the quantity for one dosage each time.

Both contain iodine so usually to improve coloration dosing one of the is enough. If you like to use both (results can differ a little bit) I would recommend to dose them on alternate days.
