Acropora are starting to change color. Not turning pastel, more like pale and slightly loosing color. Not sure if I should start dosing additional zeo supplements or if I should decrease photoperiod.

Lets try to temporary decrease the reactor flow to ~ 30 US gallons per hour, run the reactor with the 3 hour on / off interval furthermore. Also remove about 50% of the carbon you use, run the carbon passive in a filter sock in the sump.

current parameters
1.026
ph 8.2 - 8.4
temp 78 - 79
kh 7.3
Ca 420
Mg 1280
K 400
No3 1
Po4 .012

Current zeo dosage:
.4ml Start
2 drop bak M,W,F
2 drop SP Daily
1ml Coral Booster Daily
2ml FWS Daily

tank looks extremely clean, Acropora are coloring up and showing good signs of new growth. Somehow, Aptasia got in my system and have started to grow fast. Possibly from the SP? Will start a treatment to remove the aptasia on Wednesday.

Changed all bulbs last week. New Radium 250w, 2 ATI 24w Blue+, 2 ATI 24w Purple+. Decreased all photoperiod time by 1hr to help with increased PAR levels. Will resume normal lighting schedule after another week.

Im coming up on 4 weeks since starting the Zeovit method so my first ZeoStone change is coming up. Do I change 100% of the rocks? Do I increase Start or Bak dosage?

I usually recommend to replace 50% of the material if it is the first exchange after starting a tank from the scratch. In your case I would recommend to replace ~ 90% of the material. After each exchange dose ZeoBad daily for 10 days. If all goes will and if you still use the on / off interval for your ZeoVit reactor you can switch to continuous flow about 2 weeks after the first exchange if corals are all doing fine. Make sure to use the correct flow.

Ok, thank you. So just to clarify for my own knowledge. Start will be dosed daily at .4ml for the entire life of the system correct? And bak is dosed 2 drops 3x weekly except for the 10 days following a stone exchange. During those 10 days, its dosed 2 drops daily. Once the reactor is switched to continuous flow, how will I know when it switch the stones out? I think it is 6 to 8 weeks, but is there signs i should look for in the system that tell me it's time?

Adding new acropora,
Is there anything I need to do differently to acclimate new acropora frags to my system now that it is running such low nutrients. I know my local fish stores and local reefkeepers do not run zeovit. If I get new frags from them, they will be coming from much higher nutrient systems and I'm afraid of shocking new additions. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Take 0.2 ml ZeoStart 2 times a day (morning and evening)

Through the appearance of the coral, good tissue, Zeo Bac added 10 days later (because the new ZeoVit helps more nutrient reduction, the bacteria colonize the ZeoVit material, giving a cushioning and acclimation period)

Don't worry, it should be that the main system has better water quality.

As Jacky mention, ZeoStart should be dosed @ 0.2 ml 2 x daily all the time. ZeoBac is dosed daily after each ZeoVit exchange @ 2 drops, otherwise 2 drops 2 – 3 x weekly. After the first ZeoVit exchange the following exchanges can be lengthen to 6 – 8 weeks.
