Weird, might it be the hose you use for the dosing system ? Is the product transparent before diluting it ?

It’s just regular clear tubing that I’m using on my dosing system., The mixture is completely clear when I first mix it, but the precipitate shows up over time.

Never have hear or seen it, has the minimum shelf life of the passed already ?
Might tank water run into the bottle while the dosing system has stopped ?

It’s a brand new bottle of zeostart and the doser doesn’t allow backflow when it turns off. I also just tested and it looks like my nitrates and phosphates are starting to creep up now. I’m not really sure what to do at this point. I’m going to start dosing zeostart by hand for now until we can figure this out. Hopefully that will help the bacteria population grow back to where it was. I really appreciate your help.

The increase of nutrients can have many reasons, if you like to we can check your dosage but therefore some more details about your system are necessary:

does it have to be diluted? i dose .5ml x 2 a day can i just turn my KZ start3 bottle into a dosing container and dose directly from the bottle?

I am using the neptune DOS pump to dose Zeostart 1ml per day. I am not diluting this product. Is that a problem?
Also the tubing has become white in color but the liquid is clear, is that a problem?
Why dilute this product?

Try to answer the last question, why dilute this product? A: start3 = food of bacteria, which is composed of several hours of composition to provide daily details to the food.
Try to answer the first question, A: No problem, usually every day, morning/night.
Try to answer the second question, A: I have no experience, and I am not sure about white things.

ZeoStart helps to breed nitrifying bacteria that essentially "eat" phosphate and nitrate. Zeostart is used in conjunction with zeobak (bacterial food) and zeobak is used in conjunction with zeolite，Provide you with reference

Hi Reefer525 
I would recommend you to use a transparent silicone hose instead of a tube. Maybe the material is not resistant against the products ingredients.
Usually people dilute ZeoStart if they use a dosing system as most of the systems do not allow such small quantities.
