Yeah I know what you mean jacky. The thing is that it's hard for me to find any reliable high quality live rock. I will let the tank stabilize for a month or two and then I will try to insert some new corals.
In the meantime I will keep using the ZeoVit system (of course studying about it) and hopefully I will be able to have again a good tank.

Listen to what you said, I believe that you understand the current situation of tank and the live rock I said, you have experience. Yes, your method is also good, the new coral can also bring some "elements" of the sea, it is also a good way.

Just a confirmation question. Now I will continue to dose ZeoBak twice a week (3 Drops), zeostart every day, zeofood twice a week (half the recommended dose). Later on I will start to dose again Vitalizer and amino. Is that correct??

While each ZeoVit exchange dose ZeoBac daily for 10 days, than cut back to 2 x weekly as usual until the next exchange so your dosing plan now is fine.

Hello again. I have a cyano problem with my tank. Currently I am dosing twice a week ZeoBak, twice a week amino and Vitalizer. I am not dosing either zeofood neither zeostart. Any help?

Can you tell if you use a purest water resin as the last stage of your RO unit ? Please also check the quality of your RO water with a accurate TDS meter, the result should be ZERO. If that can be ruled out you might try to dose a mixture of 2 ml CoralSnow mixed with 1 drops ZeoBac daily for some time. This has helped many to get rid of them but it does not work in every system.

Hi Alexander,
Yes I have resin as my last stage of my RO unit. As far for the TDS, I will measure it and post it again.

Do as G.'s suggestion, and skimmer is damp, change filter socks every day (every day, whether it is dirty or not, change every day), if Ro water is good, try a small number of water changes, vacuum siphon sand, toothbrush cleaning (yellow Circle) Zeo bac+Zeo snow (1:2 dose) after water change, tissue damage after shedding or microbial bacteria death attached to the bone can not be carried away by the water flow, nutrient absorption and conversion, resulting in Cyanobacteria, which may also indicate that water quality is not present Low nutrient salts and organic solutes.

Usually a sound system has low malnutrition environmental water quality. After coral death, the bones are white and some are green (also indicating that NP is slightly higher)

Red circle, if you are willing and convenient, take this Live rock out of the tank, use a toothbrush and sea water to scrub, and replace this injured coral skeleton to speed up the process.
