I am sorry I do not see any kind of a problem nor would I recommend to use a higher flow for the reactor thank recommended. PO4 is perfect already and as mention in post 53 a NO3 level of 2.5 does not have any kind of a negative impact. Only thing to fix are the cyanos but you already have started to treat them, give it some time.

For a net water volume of 600 liters 0.6 ml would be the right amount, anyways you might be able to lower the quantity a little bit if PO4 does stay at zero stabile. If you like to give it a try do reduce the quantity in small steps to 0.4 ml 2 x daily for example while keeping a close eye on the PO4 level which should not increase.

oops i have been dosing daily 1.2ml and might be the reason why the po4 got so low. i will try to dose at 0.6 and see whether the po4 will increase

Sorry, missed to mention, 0.6 ml 2 x daily so 1.2 ml total per day.

You can lower the dosage in steps over a couple of weeks but I would not dose less than 0.3 ml 2 x daily. 0.5 ml 2 x daily would be a good start.
