If you had to make a decision on cameras and money is not a major issue
what friendly user camera you buy in the Nikon brand from D40 to D90 for taking reef tank pics

eggie I just got the D90 last week amazing pics BUT the lens I bought with it are no good for reef pics. I need something for closer pics. But from the regular pics Ive been taking to screw around with are great. And im no photographer lol

When I bought it, it came with a CD w/ a tuturiol on how to use it

Hi,

The D-90 is a nice camera... (I'm a pro-shooter D3/D3x). You may want to look at some of the newer release like the D-5000. As far as the lens goes, the best piece of Nikon glass for photographing your tank would be the 105 VR macro. Hope this helps...
