the pictures are too small I cannot read all the parameters and their values but it look like you have an overdose of multiple elements, heavy metals and high PO4.
can you post your PO4, NO3 Sr and Mo values?
can you post your test parameters (PO4, NO3, K+, CA,Alk,Mag, Salinity, Temp)?
can you post detailed description of your system and dosing:
total water volume
zeolite and reactor flow
your carbon
Zeo dosing
none Zeo dosing
skimmer
water change frequency
salt used
zeolite change frequency
age of your system
age of your zeovit system if you have not started zeovit from day one
rocks used (live rocks or started with dry rocks)
san used (live or dry)
some clear pictures of your system including the sump
your bio load (fish especially)
your feeding schedule, frequency and quantity.

Honestly corals are real fragile just shipping them can send them in a downward spiril that can last for months to years and they finally die. Even small fluxtionaltions of phosphates can kill corals. Even in the wild there are major die off. During 1998 90% of some indo corals bleached. The great barrier died last year and was sick for decades prior. All you can do is gamble and hopefully you get some corals that are not sick and live and grow nicely

How much GOF and carbon do you use exactly ?
When you regular change them are you changing all at once ?
Please also tell us if the TN does start from the tips or from the base.

I usually put a week or two between changing them it’s been a while since I have actually measured the amount because I put a mark on the side of the reactors I have a change this weekend I will measure it then the tissue loss happens from tips and base but is primarily from the top

Difficult to say but I have seen TN starting from the tips if PO4 was reduced to quick which usually happen if a absorber is changed and the old material was exhausted. It can also happen if to much carbon is used or if it does remove to much elements to quick.

Maybe I will try cutting the time I half on the gfo change and the amount used but I don’t believe I’m hitting zero with my bio load
