Then please follow the recommendations in the manual, usually there will be no problem, you can measure the dose every day and then fixed every day, you can probably know how many kh has been improved. What salt brand do you use, or do you use natural sea water?

No problem, you need a test agent to test kh levels. Also, is your mg and ca level normal?

Usually kh = 6, coral performance will not be a problem. If your mg and ca gap deviate from normal, if you are inexperienced, then I suggest you try changing the water balance to refresh the element balance.

This is what I searched for, I am not sure if you use this sea salt brand, this is the elemental content between them SG.

Thank you so much, do you think 40 liters will be enough?

I just searched for it, SG: 1.024, Ca=475, Mg=1230, Kh=11.8, PH=7.7, K+450, for reference only. Your kh=6, I think other elements may have deviated from normal (maybe), you can change the balance by 10% in 10 days, do 3 times, which is usually not a problem. Please note that the temperature on both sides is approximately the same as the SG. Also ask you to confirm the correct element value, usually using salifert.

40L I don't know enough, it's hard to say. Get a salifert kh test package. Also get the salifert mg ca test kit. You will know how to adjust. Most brands of good salifert, red sea... are good choices.

I don't know the level of your tank element. I can only rely on my idea of out of thin air to give you advice, so you may need to get a precision instrument temperature compensation to get the correct tank SG.

What is the level of SG ang Mg?

Can you give a picture of a tank coral and whether the corals are growing?

You can do this to check if your test method is correct = brewing a bucket of about 40L of seawater, and whether the KH level on sea salt is too different. Verify that your test is correct. Confirm the correct value first. Or, you can try to change the water 10% for 3 times, within 10 days. Refresh the element balance. There is too little information, I think this is a good way to tank.

The elements are related to each other. Before the promotion of Kh, please confirm whether the Mg level is too different. After the Mg is stable at normal level, try to improve the kh.

How long have you changed your water? How do you maintain your level of elementality, how long have you not tested the elemental level?

Can you try to answer the tank related message, thank you

Mg is 1280 ca is 410, which means the water quality of tank?

Try to reduce the SG to 1.025 34% and operate when you change the water (new water adjustment is at 1.025)

Different SG elements are different, so you need to confirm the correct SG before measuring the elements. Conversely, when the element gap is too large, you can first check if the SG is correct. This makes sense.

However, SG is affected by temperature, so you need an automatic temperature compensation instrument, and the temperature SG is different.

However, if magnesium is not at a suitable level, when the CA level is at a high level, then if the kh is forced to stretch, it is likely to cause precipitation of calcium. So you need to confirm the Mg level first.

There is a balance between the elements, just as magnesium is three times as much as calcium, and when they are too far apart, imbalance will occur.
