I would stop dosing: zeofood, amino HC, CV, CB FWS, Phol Xtra, Pif, B balance if you have cyano.

What you should have bought is coral snow. At this point I would buy red slime treatment killer.
Can I ask how long you were using cyano clean before this happened.
Zeovit has a product for it I think it is called A balance
You could also use coral snow and double dose that a few times a week to kill it
Cyano clean is more of a preventative
It not really a good tactic to get rid of an all out problem

I used coral snow, a balance and Cyano clean and it worked but now that I'm adding the other elements Cyano started taking off and nothing is stopping it. I wonder if I should stop amino, zeofood and Phol xtra for now

Stop dosing several products was recommended over here before:

http://www.zeovit.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35970

Has this not helped in any way ?

When you started to use A-Balance have you also done the high initial dosage like recommended on the label ?

Additional please check the quality of your RO water with a accurate TDS meter.

Yeah I did the initial amount and dosed in conjunction to Cyano clean and it worked but it came back. I will stop dosing everything but do you guys think instead of stoping everything I should reduce the amount? Acros are doing great and colorful and just by feeding less fish food for a week acros will go pale.

TDs is 0 and filters are only 2 month old.
I have probably the best ro/di hobby unit in the market the spectra pure maxcap with 99% rejection rate membrane.

My recommendation is to stop those products as long as the cyanos have disappear, than start dosing them again in a lower quantity, ~ 25% would be a good start.

In my opinion to kill cyano you have to be sure of your Ro water....check silicate.... If you measure into your tank you don't reveal it because the rocks and corals absorbed it...so you have to check into your produced water...after you have to check if you have enough movement into the tank...and remember that with cyano you have to increase the exchange between the tank and the air...so you have to orientate your pump upward....but first of all if you can you have to brush the rock out of the tank but with aquarium water...I hope to be helpful... Bye...

I forget if you reveal cyano change the resins of your osmosis plant immediately....make a 30% water change a put resins anti phosfate and silicate into your sump...remember that resins eliminate before phosphate and when you have 0 phosphate they start to absorbed silicates...If necessary I suggest the one with aluminium not the one with iron....regards from

Cyano is still at it and still going strong even after I stopped everything. I'm only dosing .48ml of zeostart per day and 3 drops of zeobak 2 times per week and and Cyano had not died down. At one point it seem like it was slowing down but came back.

Im also starting to have stn at the bases and no signs of pest so that leads me to believe that the acros are starving.
