Default Tan dust in sump and display.... Mulm?

I was getting ready to do a water change and wanted to know if I should siphon this whitish tan dust that has gathered in my sump and display where there is low flow.

Is this stuff mulm?

And what is Mulm?

Hi DirtyBananas

I would expect it is some kind of mulm, you can remove it from time to time if you like to basically it is not a problem.

Can you please tell when you have started to use ZeoVit and how much ZeoVit material you use ? Please also post the actual PO4 and NO3 level and the kind of test kit you use for those levels.
